What is Ramen Kobo?
The origin of the word “Kobo(工房)” comes from careful and dedicated craftsmanship in Japanese. We have dedicated numerous hours in searching and handcrafting the perfect noodles that pair with our invigorating broths. We desire to bring “authenticity” to a new level and promise to continuously thrive for perfection.
Our corporate mission “Washoku for Everyone” is to have everyone experience wide variety of traditional Japanese dishes and culture through our restaurants. 2021 will be our 20th anniversary as a group, as we would like to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work and dedication provided by our staff and beloved customers for dining with us.
